About us
This Blog for those who are acronymically inclined, is alive because some of today’s top Web designers needed a place to drool and bitch about their motor vehicle obsessions. We won’t always talk about cars of course. Sometimes we will talk about trucks. Or motorcycles. Perhaps a motor-powered bicycle at some point as well.

There are many men that take on the responsibility of caring for the family vehicles and spend their weekends under the hood repairing and replacing the damaged or used components of their cars. With a little help from the internet or the resources of a detailed manual, automotive novices can make the tough jobs easier and save themselves hundreds of dollars over utilizing the service bays of a professional mechanic. Through the diagnosis of a problem using the guidance of specialty handbooks that are tailored to the year, make, and model of an automobile the do-it-yourself technicians are able to fix the problems that are common to their vehicle as it ages and is in growing need of repair.

For the most part having a standard set of shop tools is sufficient to remove and replace worn or damaged engine components, such as spark plug wiring harnesses or a starter motor. With the outlined procedures for taking apart an engine and reassembling it correctly available to the novice mechanic the only real question for many people, is where to find the replacement components that will allow for the smooth operation of the machinery once again.

In Arizona auto parts dealers can be found through the internet and many resellers offer a selection of quality parts that range in price and duration of the individual equipment. For men that enjoy tinkering under the hood and gaining the sense of satisfaction for a job well done the ability to find and install sections of the engine that have been faulty or misfiring is one that more of the population is finding to be of great personal worth.

I took my Ford Focus ’99 to a Pep Boys shop here in Littleton, CO because it was making this rattling noise whenever I drive through uneven pavement. That noise has been bothering me for a few months now and so far nobody could figure out where it came from. I’m glad the guys over at the Pep Boys garage correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and they did it within two hours! (Apparently something called a flex plate has come loose somewhere). The final price was also below the original estimate, so that was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Pep Boys!
